-: No AC.; Uncooperative Management Team Problems: a) Could not open the window (with the binds up) to let fresh air in because of a very bright flood light across the way shining in the room (lit up the whole room so you couldn't sleep). b) No ventilation in room (besides two fans going), but the only way to get some air flow to reduce the hot temperature, was to open the door to the hotel room (anyone could come right in). c) Finally, after staying awake until about 4:30am, and getting sick, we took some medicine to fall asleep for a few hours, and left the hotel d) Hotel management agreed to refund the trip, but after 1.5 weeks I still have not yet received my refund. Bookings.com is trying to get the refund, but so far, nothing.
