+: The beds in the rooms were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
-: The hotel is in need of upgrades. It looks good on the outside, but the safety is questionable. A ceiling collapsed in one of the common area bathrooms on me during our stay - they offered us a free romantic dinner or a future stay. No thanks. We wanted out of there and were made to feel like it was our fault and lots of excuses. I appreciate Juan and Jessica at the hotel for their kindness. Jessica is the only person who apologized for what we experienced - she realized it was not her fault, but understood that sometimes acknowledging someone’s experience goes a long way. The windows leaked in our bedrooms when it was raining and we needed to replace towels to keep the water at bay. The wait staff always did a good job and we appreciated Erik at concierge. My husband and one of my daughters got food poisoning after our last dinner there. We were there for a family wedding - otherwise, we would have left. I will say, the wedding planner did a great job and the wedding looked good despite the property’s shortcomings.

+: Compared to the other all inclusive resort I went to last time I was in cancun, this resort is smaller, food selection is less, and the amenities are a bit dated. However, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the resort still has everything we needed.
-: Not a big resort, amenities are pretty old, food selection in the buffet is not too much. Other than that it was great!
