+: La amabilidad del el personal en general.Que te dan café de cortesía Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras y limpias Que está muy céntrico a unas calles de paseo Montejo. Que tiene un mini refrigerador en la habitación. La regadera buen flujo y presión del agua y caliente.
-: Que el aire no enfriaba bien para el calor de Mérida no es suficiente . No hubiéramos aguantado si no fue por q nos tocó días lluviosos la habitación que está en la parte superior se escucha horrible todo, cuando caminan, cuando se bañan, cuando le bajan al baño, en fin todo nos despertaron temprano
