+: El hotel es lindisimo. Es tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Las instalaciones estan rodeadas de una exuberante vegetacion. La atencion es EXCELENTE en el buffete, la playa y los restaurantes. La comidas y bebidas son muy buenas. La playa es linda, pero seguramente puede haber mejores. El hotel es impecable.

-: Yo sabia que es un hotel libre de humo. Si sos fumador y elegis este hotel, las areas para fumar son limitadas.

+: Everything was fabulous from the time we arrived. The staff couldn’t do more for us. We saw plenty of turtles, which was our main reason for the Visit to Akumal. Generally food and drink was all excellent, only slight negative were the margaritas in a couple of the bars, but that’s just a minor thing. We loved every minute.

+: The room is great. The resort is beautiful. The beach is great and we enjoy the ocean. All the stuffs are nice and we felt very welcomed. The food at the resort is great, there are lots of sea food options. We went snorkeling and saws lots of sea turtles with a great instructor Gaberial.

-: The sushi and sashimi at the japanese restaurant is not very good. At the checkin, there were sales people try to sale us the club membership and try to convince us to go to a sale pitch at the next day. We were tired and would like to go to our room first, maybe they could do this talk after we settle down at the hotel.

+: Ubicación excelente lejos de los hoteles monstruosos de Cancún en una zona tranquila con agua muy bonita. Servicio al cliente inmejorable en todos los departamentos. Hay mucho que hacer y te ofrecen todo tipo de actividades. Son muy detallistas. Nos encantó!

-: La comida no era de calidad 5 estrella pero esto es el caso con casi todo los resorts que son all inclusive

+: The staff were unbelievable, Antonio and Ana took amazing care of us everyday at the pool. Jesus remembered our drinks order at the swim up bar, and was incredibly friendly with each return visit. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay!

+: Service was amazing, location by a seaweed free beach very good, breakfast and lunch buffet excellent (specific restaurants less so, except for Portofino, the Italian one.) We are an older couple who walk with canes, and they were very accommodating and thoughtful on all issues, including closeness to the beach. The activities at the most active pool were skillfully run, and the live entertainment mostly very good, some terrific.

-: Not much. The quality of the specialty restaurants.

+: El servicio y amabilidad de los trabajadores de todo el hotel, las actividades diarias, espacios de relajación y comida de muy buena calidad.

-: La relación precio y calidad más que nada por la infraestructura del hotel. Además en la fecha que asistimos se realizaron varios eventos privados donde había espacios que no se podían utilizar, y era algo incómodo.

+: The staff and service were above and beyond! The staff attention to detail and friendliness are what hotels and resorts should all have. And secrets is by far the best in that area of hospitality.
