-: Ibamos en grupo de aproximadamente 30 personas. Fue muy dificil lograr comer juntos por que no debajan juntar mesas.

+: The property and facilities were beautiful and well kept. The beach had storybook white sand and clear water - truly unreal.

-: The food was not good. The preferred (top tier package) breakfast was the only decent food we had in 3 days. Everything else lacked flavor or tasted like frozen food heated up. The absolute worst had to be the late night menu pizza - cardboard with cheese. They tried to cover it up with beautiful presentation but don’t be fooled - even the nice restaurants had subpar food. We were not informed there was a dress code for men for dinner - long pants, collared shoes. Who wears long pants on vacation lol plus it was 91 degrees every day. The pants they had at the gift shop were $200 USD. Just would’ve been nice to know in advance. Also, they really pushed you to visit their new resort in exchange for excursion credits.

+: La habitación y limpieza de la misma.

-: Nos trataron como "niños", el personal del hotel, sobre todo 3l gerente Victor, parecia tener preferencia por extranjeros.El DJ muy sobervio, pedias una canción y la respuesta era: "Yo soy el DJ".Servicio muy deficiente en todo aspecto, calidae, atención a necesidad, etc. Mejoró cuándo el focal fue Heyden pero de todos modos el mal sabor de boca ya estaba.
