-: Chambre salle a l’ arrivée draps non changés avec les clients d’ avant, Personnel de la réception réellement décidé a ne pas nous aider…Personnel du bar de la piscine agressive ci on ne donne pas a longueur de temps des pourboires….Et bien évidemment les clients américains d’ une classe légendaire a poil a partir de 11h

+: La habitación amplia, la comida rica y el trato de los meseros del restaurante de la terraza muy buenaRegresaría solo si el argentino poco empatico no está laborando ahí me cayo muy gordo su trato, incluso me. Quería cobrar en dólares, cuando le aclare que en pesos

-: El recepcionista argentino muy poco empatico, pésimo servicio, nos cambio la habitación cuando teníamos una habitación asignada la cual fue muy desagradable ya que tenía un tremendo olor a humedad sábanas y almohadas con pésimo olor, la tina no servía y no había agua caliente, perdimos tiempo en que nos cambiaran de habitación y fue tiempo que no se nos recuperó al finalizar la estancia, ni con una disculpa... Los meseros del área de alberca pésimo actitud, sus caras de amargados y negandonos servicio, a grado de querer cobrarnos cuando todo está incluido

+: The setting is spectacular. The room is extremely spacious (one of the largest we have ever stayed in). The design lends itself to privacy (which we really appreciate). The room was comfortable and well adorned. This resort should be one of the top resorts in the boutique category of all inclusives but it falls a bit short in attention to detail. Would recommend for a quiet couples location. The alto saxophone player on Friday night was talented and fun.

-: Some of the furniture is worn and a bit dated. Only one of our two sinks in the bathroom actually worked. The breakfast hours are later than expected and the bar closes too early (10:30 PM including weekends). We asked for a coffee maker because we are early risers. It was immediately delivered to our room but no coffee cups were available rendering the request useless. The staff gets an “A” for effort but lacks the polish and training necessary for a top notch resort. No one wants to be called “lady”, don’t pretend to understand or speak English if you don’t, please let me finish my food before you clear my plate, always serve food from only one side, use a towel or cloth around the water pitcher (my husband and I were both soaked from the drips). All the food lacked flavor and needed lots of salt and pepper. It took too long for the canned beers to be replenished in the room. Draft beer from the bars is fine but there should be some lighter options. The pool restaurant didn’t seem to serve any “fresh” food. All tasted as if it had been frozen premade food. I wanted to spend just a little of time with the kitchen staff in both restaurants because just a few tweaks and the food would be so much better. It’s Mexico, don’t hold back on the flavors!

+: Me encantó el servicio del personal en especial de el área de alimentos Gerardo,Christian ,Hernan, Fredy y en recepción Gian Franco excelente personas hicieron que el día de las madres que fuimos a pasar puras amigas fuera espectacular me encanto y regresaríamos muy pronto
