+: Camere spaziose e ben arredate. Posizione dell'hotel ottima perchè con 10 minuti a piedi arrivi nei luoghi più frequentati di Merida. Personale gentile.
-: Nessuna attenzione particolare al cliente in fase di check in: nemmeno un bicchiere d'acqua disponibile (e con il caldo del Messico è cosa comune e gradita offrire qualcosa all'arrivo). Pulizia degli spazi comuni non ottima (la piscina era sporca ed anche i divanetti della parte esterna). Ci avevano assegnato la camera errata, ma hanno provveduto subito al cambio.

+: The hotel is greatly decorated and situated not on a very busy street. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony with a view to the pool and palm trees. The bed very comfortable.
-: The bathroom on the other hand flooded every time you took a shower. There was no mini fridge in the room and the pool boy would clean the pooldo repairs every morning at 6 a.m..

-: No me gustó que no haya privacidad, al menos en la habitación 1 solo te divide del pasillo de entrada de todos los huéspedes una puerta de madera bastante liviana y la cocina pareciera que se divide de la habitación con una pared de tabla roca, honestamente un licuado más que hubieran hecho en la mañana para el restaurante y les iba a decir que había gente durmiendo, que entiendo que ruido va a haber, pero se supone que no debe haber ninguna molestia detrás de tu puerta y cada vez que pasaba alguien al desayuno escuchábamos las pláticas o los niños jugando, pues como repito la puerta del cuarto es muy delgada y no aísla los sonidos, pero la habitación está preciosa la verdad
