+: Location and updated room

-: 60+% of resort was UNDER CONSTRUCTION….what a disappointment and they should have notified us as this was known in advance to St Regis…when we confronted them about it and asked for a discount on our full fee rate they basically smiled and said sorry…so we will it return here…could have stayed in a VRBO for less or at tge Four Seasons in the same location …we are NOT happy w St Regis after having sober 3 other vacations in their other resorts

+: I like the people that work there with the exception of management. The pool was great. The food was great. The atmosphere was amazing. My room was awful. It had mold.

-: my room has mold and it was a battle to get management to recognize the problem until day 4

+: La atención del personal fue buenísima, se agradece mucho porque fueron cordiales y nos atendieron perfecto

-: Íbamos convencidos de que el lugar era lo que queríamos para pasar unos días en la playa de lujo pero fue horrible llegar y ver que estaban remodelando más de la mitad del resort. Estaba lleno de personas trabajando en las obras, había ruidos de construcción, pocas instalaciones estaban habilitadas y eso no se nos dijo a la hora de reservar. Las tarifas demasiado elevadas para lo que había, una desilusión grande y muy mal que estén funcionando a medias y cobrando como si estuvieran al 100%
