+: Este hotel es mi preferido para hospedarme en la ciudad de México. La ubicación es excelente, las habitaciones tienen un excelente tamaño, comfort, limpieza y precio. No cuentan con restaurante pero no se necesita, ya que en la zona se encuentra de todo tipo de comida. Y lo mejor de todo, las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado.
-: Definitivamente lo que deja mucho que desear es la atención de la señorita de la recepción que se encontraba en el turno de la tarde. Yo viajé con mi mamá y necesitabamos que nos vistieran el sofá cama, para lo cual me dijo que no era posible, ya que eso costaría extra y tendrían que ponerla como una tercera persona en la habitación. Lo cual no tenía sentido, ya que no es una tercera persona. En general la señorita fue grosera, el hotel requiere capacitar a su personal en servicio al cliente para evitar que esto suceda.
