-: Era mi hotel favorito, pero el personal en especial la recepcionista (medio guerita y con lentes) , es muy payasa, contesta mal y no te da opciones a ciertas Situaciones que se presentaron . Además de que realicé mi reservación por booking , y al momento de llegar ella me dijo que no le aparecía mi reservación , llegué en pleno viernes, mi novio y yo tuvimos que ir a buscar otro hotel, van más de 5 veces que me hospedaba ahí y nunca habíamos tenido problema , y mucho menos por la plataforma , no dio solución simplemente no me aparece la reserva y ya… incluso me quieren cobrar la”no Asistencia”… pero en fin, la última vez que nos quedamos hace como 1 mes y medio , no había agua caliente ni internet, sería bueno que lo mencionaran al momento de reservar con ellos y no ya cuando llegas al alojamiento…
