+: Since we booked twice with them we could leave our luggage there which was nice. Apart from one lady the reception staff is rather moderately enthusiastic about their job. I would expect a bit more "friendliness" and so on... The location is close to public transport metro bus, metro (currently only buses), in a good area.

-: The room is big but the bathroom had always some funny smell (drainage, sewere), plus the air- condition is not the youngest one it does give some funny clicking noise. We asked at the reception to organize a taxi to the airport and specifically requested to be able to pay by card. They organized the worst possible driver for us. So this left us with a sour taste since it questions the ability to organize such a rather simple task.

-: Deje mi cargador conectado y obvio dijeron que no había nada.... Tengan cuidado son rápidos.

+: Ubicacion, cocina.

-: El ascensor es pequeno y caben pocas personas

+: El servicio y el lugar en general estuvo agradable para nuestra visita en CDMX, las habitaciones son cómodas, siempre hubo agua caliente, buena vista y habitaciones silenciosas.

-: Había hormigas en la habitación desde que llegamos por todos lados y se subieron a nuestro equipaje, incluso la cama.

+: Las habitaciones están de buen tamaño, las camas son cómodas y la ubicación del hotel está excelente. Muy cerca de zonas para poder caminar tranquilamente y poder tomar transportes.

-: Las coladeras del baño tenían muy mal olor, el hotel le pone cubierta para que no “salga” el olor pero aún así si huele feito.
