The beach can be reached in just 9 minutes. This all-inclusive resort hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis. The hotel is located in a privileged oceanfront location, just a short drive from the popular attractions of Cancun. It offers modern rooms and great amenities for a good rest.

+: Really beautiful property, with stunning views from absolutely all over the hotel - there’s ocean-views from every corner of the hotel!The beach is gorgeous, with soft white sand, however you cannot actually swim in the water as the current is too strong. The staff were overall really great!
-: There were a couple of staff members in the main restaurant (the one where they mainly serve breakfast) who were quite unfriendly. I’m an early riser so I was able to secure chairs at the pool everyday, however I do think that more pool chairs are needed.The bathroooms near the pools need to be thoroughly cleaned throughout the day (not just a high-level “tidy-up”).

+: The staff was very attentive, they let us check in and enjoy the resort before our room was ready which was nice to get our day started. The staff was always available to help out and refill our drinks. The food was good with a good amount of options. We spent most of our time laying on the beach under the umbrellas
-: A little surprised there wasn’t more of a concierge service given the price but overall a great experience!
