-: The sliding door didn’t close properly and the aircon didn’t cool the room, it was also making a whistling noise all night, the room and the hotel was full of leaks specially inside the room we had a flooding room the hole week, I reported the room twice and they didn’t do anything about it, also the food was undercooked

+: Nice view, beautiful ocean. Staff is trying to be helpful, but they can’t overcome a lot of other issues
-: Food is barely eatable(except of some premium restaurants that need to be booked way upfront), we asked to put our 2 rooms next to each other and clearly pointed we need 2 beds in a room, none was satisfied. AC is my room worked bad and it smelled pretty. horrible from time to time.
