The Royal Sands & Spa hotel, in central Cancun, is next to Kukulcan Plaza Shopping Center. It offers outdoor pools, a gym, spa and tennis courts. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and a balcony with sea views.
All reservations include two complimentary tickets for the Cancun Mayan Museum. Transportation not included.
Modern, air-conditioned rooms and suites feature a TV and DVD player. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Suites also have a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Pasta, steaks and seafood are served at La Veranda restaurant. Hacienda Sisal restaurant specializes in Mexican cuisine. There is a snack bar and a sports bar. A varied entertainment program is offered and Cancun’s nightlife area is 10 minutes’ drive away.
The complex has free parking, and you can hire a car at the tour desk. An airport shuttle service is available for an extra charge. Cancun Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

+: The location was great. We had the all inclusive package. I know some bar drinks were watered down. The wine list was limited and some food items we still had to pay extra for.

-: Estuve en varios hoteles de 5 estrellas por el mundo y debo admitir que nunca me infecte y vomite por la comida como aqui en este "Resort" , de verdad que nunca lo olvidare.Es un " resort" supuestamente todo incluido pero con muchos detalles que faltan ( ciertas cervezas nacionales como la Corona y otras no estan incluidas).Muchos resorts en el siglo XXI te dan una pulsera con la cual puedes abrir la puerta de tu habitacion, esta no ya que te dan una tarjeta extra.Demasiado protocolo a la hora de comer en los bufets o pedir toallas ya que te retienen la tarjeta de cuarto y no te dejan salir hasta que la pidas y firmes una factura de "0 $" ( si absurdo).Con respecto al ambiente, es mas un geriatrico para la 3° edad americana que otra cosa. Pocos locales y mucho menos menores de 40 años.El primer dia tuve que esperar como 3 horas para que me traigan una botella de agua que supuestamente ya debia estar en el cuarto de este hotel 5 estrellasProbe como 3 o 4 cocteles distintos y salvo uno ( el corre caminos) el resto era mas agua que otra cosa.
