+: Las instalaciones del hotel

-: La atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel fue fatal, somos de la zona y al decir que somos de acá notamos la diferencia entre el trato que nos dieron a como tratan a los demás extranjeros. No nos dieron ninguna explicación de actividades por hacer el hotel. Y a las 11 am ya nos habían quitado el acceso al habitación. Fatal horrible toda la atención

+: The amenities are amazing and the scenery of the property is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.

-: Having access to bikes would of been great so we didn’t have to also depend of the staff golf carts to pick you up. Did not like the long wait on food at Capricho restaurant. This was the only restaurant where the food was not the best in my opinion. It was not enough vegan options in all the surrounding restaurant. My significant other has a dairy and egg allergy and it was very little options to pick from. The Italian restaurant was one restaurant we could not visit because dairy was in every item on the menu.

+: Staff are super friendly, really helpful. Butler service is fantastic they book you into all the restaurants and are very responsive and accomodating. Spa treatments are great and the spa is a lovely place to spend the morning. Great premium drinks on offer.

-: The room smelt like damp this was acknowledged but the butler said all the rooms are like that - all our clothes stank from it. The pillows are really lumpy we did ask for more but they weren't any good either. The food isn't great. Pools don't look to be cleaned properly very cloudy and oily.

+: Prácticamente nada nos gustó ya que lo reflejaré en lo que no nos gustó

-: Al terminar el checking que se inicio a la hora indicada, o sea a las quince horas, no pudimos comer ya que nos manifestaron que todos los restaurantes estaban cerrados y únicamente podíamos comer algo en el sport bar, que no es restaurante. La suciedad en todo los lugares, latas y vasos en el suelo del exterior de nuestra terraza, cristales súper sucios, la televisión de la habitación no funcionaba, se supone la arreglaron pero no pudimos apagarla ni modificar el volumen, con lo que no se oía y para evitar la luminosidad de la pantalla tuvimos que colocar toallas y cojines para poder dormir. La persona que nos tocó en casi todas las ocasiones con el carrito de golf que servía de transportación, no nos dejaba a donde íbamos ya que primaba a los demás huéspedes para dejar maletas, teniendo que Sur andando, dicho conductor llamado Arturo. La cena en restaurante a la carta otro desastre ya que lo que indicaba la carta no era lo que llegaba a la mesa, sé distinguir perfectamente lo que es jamón ibérico o serrano y éste último era lo que llegó y en cantidades ridículas, igualmente todos los demás platos. En resumen : PRECIO CALIDAD se distingue en PRECIO SUPER ELEVADO y CALIDAD INEXISTENTE.
