-: בריכת דולפינים קטנה ונשרים כלואים תשלום על מיטות לצד הבריכה. בכל הריזורטים שלא מתיימרים להיות הכל כלול בחיים לא ביקשו מאיתנו תשלום! בטח לא 250 דולר לאדם (אמנם כולל מסאג׳ אבל זה לא שיש אופציה אחרת) וזה אומר שאם אתה רוצה להיות בבריכה ולא תחת השמש אין לך אופציה טובה.

+: Nada! Estuvo horrible, la peor experiencia de mi vida.

-: Todo estuvo fatal. Llegamos, reservamos la Suite. NO había aire acondicionado, llamamos a Mantenimiento hasta después de 3 horas nos dijeron que no iba funcionar que tenían meses con problemas del AC. No había amenidades de baño, el cuarto tenía muchísima humedad. No pudieron nunca programarnos las llaves de la habitación. Lo peor es que al personal realmente les dio igual todo lo que pasaba, fueron de lo menos amables especialmente los recepcionistas. Nos fuimos a las 10pm a buscar otro lugar por la pesadilla del AC.

+: The bell man was the only that was kind and offered us water, after a 3 hour flight, and 1 hour drive to the hotel….

-: We got to the hotel and they had to relocate us, because they had no Air in the hotel. The manager was horrible, I asked him would the hotel be comparable. He said you can just cancel Very rude, sent us to a dirty Hilton. I called to let him know , it was not acceptable. They hung up on me, sent me to voicemail. Manager Rodriquez and employee Stephon. I ended up calling Hyatt corporate to get a resolution. It’s okay to be nice…
