+: When we arrived the people selling rooms’ property were very invasive we spent 2 hours before received our roomThe property only has the worst wine for all inclusive concept, if you want a better wine you need to pay for it The building has a lot of room for improvement, Next day we spent another 2:00 with the people try do sell a package for a room for $40k US por be a member they are crazy and every time you need to book a room you need to pay extra plus the annual fee, when we rejected they were very rude and they were angry, we returned the gift that they offered for that meetingAnother issue was that they never do the restock of the mini bar, body wash and towels, I needed to call to this service, the other day I ordered a salmon in one of the restaurants, I waited for 15 min and my plate arrived cold.The last thing the reception team told us that we needed to pay for the our stay because it wasn’t paid by booking, I show they my bank statement in my cell also the reservation by booking, I spent 2 hours fixing the problem because the manager at recepción said that it wasn’t paid Later he told me that it was an error by the hotel and offered us to move to a room to ocean view image that last afternoon before our departure of course I have not the time to change to pack our luggage Honestly it was my fist time here and the last one, the people at the restaurants after receiving all out issues treated us very well I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL, be careful when they try to sell the rooms for years image $40k if we decide the lowest season Unfortunately I wanted to be relax but it was the opposite always under stress

-: We had an emergency where one of our guests was unable to even come to the country, this did not effect our room booking however the hotel didn’t have an remorse in continuing to charge us for that guests “all inclusive” fee even though the room, booking or bed arrangement did t change. It was nothing but free money to them. The floor in our room was also constantly “greasy”. We also noticed that if you didn’t tip as much as the next person, that staff member would then just ignore you.

+: Ich war schon mal in 2017 dort. Speisen und Getränke sind nach wie vor von guter Qualität. Die Sauberkeit in der Anlage ist grundsätzlich nicht zu bemängeln.

-: Leider hat der Service nachgelassen. Der Preis für den Aufenthalt ist um 40% gestiegen, die vormals inkludierten Spa-Leistungen gibt es nicht mehr. Hier musste man 20% eines Preises als Tipp zahlen, die Behandlung an sich war im All Inclusive jedoch enthalten (dies hat auch den hohen Preis pro Nacht gerechtfertigt).

+: The rooms are great, the pool area is nice although 50% was closed which made it really hard to get a seat during the day! Also hadn’t been made aware that the biggest pool area was going to be out of service

-: The quality of the food has dropped significantly since we stayed at this property 4 years ago. The staff seemed to be too busy to ask if you need anything and I felt like an inconvenience. You could easily wait 30 minutes for a drink at the pool, they only had 2 people serving everyone on the beach and I felt like everything we asked for had some hidden extra cost. We should have been told one of the pools would be closed, one of the days we couldn’t find a lounger so had to sit on a couch in the pool restaurant. When we booked we paid for a sea view room, after checking in we called to reception to say we must have been given the wrong room as it was looking out at a concrete floor. The only way to see the water is to lean out and look left. The front desk told me I was wrong and that is their sea view rooms, but it’s certainly not the view they show online! After 20 minutes of pushing back they eventually gave in and moved us to another room, telling me I was ‘very lucky’…? The spa prices are also ridiculous. I live in Los Angeles and found the prices shocking. Fair to say we left disappointed and won’t be returning.

+: UNICO exceeded my expectations and I have already recommend this resort to others. We ate at every restaurant on site and did not have one bad meal. The food and drinks are top tier for an all inclusive resort! The service is also fantastic and aren't overbearing - I also enjoyed that the beach was "private" meaning there were not a lot of people passing by to sell you items. I recommend the swim up pool! It's an absolute MUST and they will even serve you by your own pool.

+: The food was great, much better than we've had at past all inclusive hotels. Hotel was very clean, smelled nice, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great pool and beach too!

-: The drive from the airport was further than we were hopingexpecting, and it was a little further than we prefer to be from other towns. No other complaints.
