-: our room needed a little bathroom maintenance

-: tried to extend my stay at the hotel but the price was more expensive than booking.com seems stupid that they couldn’t Match the price and wanted to lose money

-: the elevator try to crush my 8 year old that got hit in the head with the door when she was entering the elevator. The staff barely reacted with anda ice bag that we have to ask twice for it.
