+: The location and grounds are countryside and open. It was very quiet at night. Best of all was the very helpful and friendly staff. The pool was wonderful to have during a heat wave! The food was good and reasonably priced.
-: Putting wifi boosters in the rooms would be helpful. WiFi was good out in the common area, but slow in the room.

+: Location perfect for visiting the archaeological zone of Teotihuacan. Great swimming pool . Nice rooms, great breakfast.
-: Very noisy building works next to the pool and outdoor seating area. Works continued form 6 pm to after 8pm. Lots of metal cutting with angle grinder, welding. We asked three times to stop the noise but no response. We could not sit outside to eat or drink or use the pool. No advance notice given, no apologies, no offer of any form of recompense. We had to contact the hotel two or three times to get anything like a written response. When the written response came it was lukewarm
