+: I liked a lot of things: The food was delicious. The beach and the drinks and the shows were all amazing. It felt like a luxurious paradise. The room was well airconditioned, and the TV was nice.

-: The internet in the bedrooms sucked. The reservations for other restaurants than the buffet were confusing. Though, I think the most disturbing thing was that the dining area, with all the food lying there openly, including fruits, meats, and cheeses, was NOT airconditioned. First, this made it a less pleasant dining experience: hot and sweaty while eating. And second, my wife and I both got sick from the food, like insane diarrhea, that prevented us from enjoying the buffets or the flight back during the last 2.5 days. Felt like a waste of money at the end. I am convinced that it could have been prevented, or at least reduced, by having airco in the dining area, in a tropical climate where bacteria run rampant and cause food to go bad faster. This is the one thing that makes us nervous to ever come back. I never wanna be sick like that again, or pay $350 pp. for a hotel with buffets and only feel like I can eat some dry bread.

+: Habitación super cómoda, el baño amplio. La comida del buffet super variada. Las piletas bien limpias y agradables. La playa hermosa, si bien habia sargazo lo limpiaban en la mañana y quedaba impecable para bañarse sin problemas. El WIFI andaba muy bien en todas partes, hasta llegaba a la playa si no te ibas muy lejos. Nosotros pasamos nuestra luna de miel alli, y nos regalaron remeras, un desayuno en la habitación y una foto, también incluia un espumante con una canaste de frutas pero eso nunca llegó.

-: La verdad estuvo todo impecable, tal vez como sugerencia mejoraría los tragos de la barra. Y también dejaría para mejorar el servicio a huseped por el tema del espumante y la canasta de frutas, nos acercamos dos veces a servicio al huesped porque nos habian dicho que se pedia alli, ambas veces nos dijeron que nos quedaramos en la habitacion que ya lo enviaban pero finalmente nunca nos lo enviaron y nos quedamos en la habitación perdiendo tiempo.

+: La atención del personal y la flexibilidad

-: No había toallas en la habitación. Tuvimos que llamar para pedir toallas.Al día siguiente, solo se llevaron una toalla mojada. Y no dejaron una nueva en su reemplazo.

+: La ubicación en playacar.

-: No lo recomiendo. Reserve una habitación con vista al mar carísima y me hicieron el cobro, me dieron una con vista a la piscina , no quisieron respetar mi reserva. Está siempre sucio. Lleno de vasos y platos por todos lados . Los frigobar vacíos no hay agua potable para beber en la habitación. Hay mucha diferencia entre los que tienen membresía y los que no . La playa tiene muchas olas y mucho sargazo.

+: super tolle Lage, nette Anlage, AI Club, gutes reichhaltiges Essen, Sauberkeit der Räume und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Cafe Maja sehr gut und die Sweets dazu,

-: Gebuchter Preis wurde nicht bestätigt. stattdessen Tagesrate gebucht! Es erfolgten keinerlei Hinweise auf inclusive Leistungen. Die Restaurant Buchungen waren 2 tage im Voraus vergeben. Viele US Kurzurlauber ala MalleKurzTrip incl. laute Parties.
