+: The location is simply great, in the center of Polanco, the stuff was absolutely lovely, the rooftop bar is really nice, and the room was very spacious. They have free snacks in the lift areas which is incredible nice. Our driver Enrique was absolutely amazing, we recommend him completely. The hotel can book him for you, he can be your tour guide and be your driver around Mexico, he was great to us.
-: The hotel rooms feel a little bit old, you can hear someone showering upstairs or next to you. The prices in the restaurants and bars are very overpriced
