+: El lugar superó mis expectativas. Las instalaciones tienen un diseño hermoso, además que siempre se encuentran muy limpias. La atención del personal en todo momento fue muy amable y servicial. La comida, a pesar de no estar incluida en el precio, era bastante accesible y equilibrada en cuanto a calidad-precio. Los ceviches una delicia, muy recomendables. Las camas muy acogedoras y limpias. Almohadas y colchón muy cómodos.
-: La regadera tenía vidrio transparente y el baño tenía un vidrio polarizado, pero, aun así, sí se veía desde afuera. Nos hubiera gustado que esas instalaciones tuvieran un poco más de privacidad. Además, por el diseño de la bañera, sí no se bajaba las persianas, sí se ve desde afuera de la habitación.

+: Everything was wonderful, the installations are simply amazing, the staff in the whole hotel is fantastic, lovely and so professional, the food was absolutely delicious, everybody made our stay so special and beautiful. I can’t wait to be back in this paradise

+: W Punta de Mita está aislado, es necesario usar transporte para ir a cualquier otro lugar. Lo cual es ideal si buscas tranquilidad. La arquitectura del lugar es sorprendente, las secciones de habitaciones estan en medio de la selva y la movilidad es en carrito de golf o bien puedes caminar distancias razonables. La oferta gastronómica de los restaurantes Venazu y Spice Market es muy buena; si te quedas varios días puedes cansarte del estilo de cocina. También tienen una muy buena barra de ceviche "chevycheria". Disfrutamos el complejo, muy tranquilo. Tiene bonita playa y muy buenas albercas.

-: The stuff is very slow. You have to repeat your request several times and follow up. 5 stars hotel with $800 per day ??? It’s absolutely not worth it and as you can see by picture (Front door is not closing completely , “nice” sofa in the room looks like my grandpa furniture.There is only two restaurants in hotel, which one of them open only for dinner so another one is a breakfast area, which works for lunch just with limited menu, no main course only sandwiches, guacamole, and Caesar salad
