+: I recently stayed at Windham Garden. The experience was not what I expected, but I needed to recognize that the breakfast was good. It offered a wide variety of delicious food options to suit every taste, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes. The hotel's location was convenient. It is situated close to la 5ta Avenida good restaurants, and public transportation, so whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll find it easy to get around.
-: My experience staying at Windham Garen Hotel was very disappointing. First and foremost, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making every interaction unpleasant. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable. There was mold on the ceiling, and the smell of humidity was overwhelming. The safe box in our room locked itself with our documents inside, and it took the staff four hours to resolve the problem. Additionally, the amenities were lacking. The gym had no air conditioning, making it unusable, and the pool was very small and dirty. To make matters worse, there were constant issues with getting extra towels for both the bathroom and the pool. To top it all off, I was charged double the regular rate per night when I booked this hotel, which is simply outrageous given the poor quality of the stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The combination of poor customer service, inadequate room conditions, and overpriced rates made for a very disappointing experience.

-: Desayuno le falta variedad, jugos y comida, solo las toallas de la alberca ya estan muy gastadas y se estan desilachando o desebrando la tela. ya le falta renovarlas. la cortina del baño esta en malas condiciones les hace falta cambiarla. estaba ya podrida de arriba.
