+: Самое лучшее здесь - прямой выход к морю. На лучший пляж в районе Кота Кинабалу. Лучше просто нет -: Не понравилось: очень некачественная уборка, не могут нормально вымыть полы. Нет возможности взять на длительное время в аренду оборудование для аативного пляжного отдыха. Только почасовая оплата , дорого и сразу сдавать... А при условии, что наша вилла была далеко от ресепшена, это было неприемлемо для нас - ходить каждый раз за бодибордом.

+: Территория красивая -: Заказали такси в аэропорт рано утром. Хотели взять в 2 раза больше чем в прайсе. Объяснили, что туда и обратно. После согласились с ценой прайса.

-: Очень далеко от города. В любой поход в ресторан или в магазин нужно заказывать такси. Сам отель очень старый, розетки не универсальные, никаких удобств внутри. Бассейн в метр глубину. На картинке совсем другое казалось. В комнатах сыростью воняет. Очень не доволен

Роскошный 6ти километровый пляж, пологий спуск в море и красивая голубая вода. -: Останавливались в отеле на 15 дней 3-мя семьями, каждая в двухкомнатном номере.НЕ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ:1. Номера формально соответствуют фотографиям, но основательно износились с момента, как фото были сделаны. Где-то не работал слив в туалете, где-то измельчитель отходов в раковине, где-то отсутствовал крючок для крепления душа и т. д.. Общее впечатление сильной запущенности номерного фонда. 2. Уборка. Качество уборки катастрофически зависело от смены. Промывка раковин и сантехники происходила через раз. На замечания первонал вежливо улыбается, говорит "Йес", но продолжает делать, как привыкли.3. Общий сервис ниже среднего даже для привыкших отдыхать в Азии. Про трансферы забывают, шаттл в кота-кинабалу ходит по условному расписанию, принести, например, полотенца в номер могут либо забыть, либо принести не той семье, что звонила с соответствующей просьбой.4.
