+: Очень понравился этот отель. Хорошая площадь номера, есть не большая кухня, мини холодильник, микроволновка. Все удобства соответствуют фотографиям. Потрясающий вид на город с 49 этажа. Номера отеля находятся выше 37 этажа. Одну из башень видно из окна. Хорошее расположение, до тц можно дойти пешком. Обязательно приеду сюда ещё раз)

+: Отель расположен в 10-ти минутах ходьбы от башен Петронас на высоких этажах (начиная с 41), поэтому из номеров открывается впечатляющий вид на город. Сами номера просторные, свежие и чистые. +: Большой, чистый и уютный номер. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Очень удобный матрас - далеко не все отели могут этим похвастаться. Роскошный вид из окна, весь центр города как на ладони! -: У нас был ранний перелет и при заселении хотелось поскорее добраться до номера и отдохнуть. Но на ресепшене нас ждали неприятные новости - оплата принимается только наличными в местной валюте или картой. Перед бронированием мы специально узнавали, какие способы оплаты доступны и было указано, что «доступны все виды оплаты». По факту нам отказали в оплате Apple Pay и потребовали физическую банковскую карту, которой у нас с собой не было. Оплата в $ тоже не принималась. Списать деньги с карты, привязанной к аккаунту booking, администратор тоже не смог. В итоге мы уставшие после перелета и с тяжелыми рюкзаками пошли искать ближайший обмен валют, потратили лишние 1,5 часа и наконец- то смогли заселиться. +: Останавливались в отеле в январе 2023 с мужем. Для нас расположение отеля оказалось просто отличным. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен и в ресторане, всегда с улыбкой - это приятно)) Мы бронировали Номер-студию Skyline - отличный просторный номер с огромной кроватью и мини -кухней, только немного шумноват кондиционер. Вид из номера был отличный! Отличные завтраки, на мой взгляд. -: С нами произошел небольшой инцидент, поэтому все более-менее ценное и блестящее, прячьте подальше (вопрос решился поэтому подробностей не буду писать).

+: отличный бассейн в отеле на 39 этаже, комфортная температура, чистый и большой номер, хорошие завтраки, на этом пожалуй все. -: Ужасный, хамский персонал, в номере много недочетов (засор в ванной, не уходила вода), пытался несколько раз позыонить на ресепшн, никтотне отвечает. не работало несколько розеток в номере. если отель хочет чтобы гости к Вам возвращались, улучшите качество сервиса и обучита свой персонал.

+: отель шикарный, цена за него разумная. Отличный завтрак, вполне большой и комфортный номер, прекрасный вид, в том числе и из бассейна -: в общих зонах очень холодно: общая какая-то непонятная фишка в Малайзии- врубать в любом общественном месте кондиционер на 18 градусов. Сами же потом простывают. Слишком мягкий матрас, непонятна история с феном: он есть, но розетки в ванной нет. И очень плохой вайфай, просто ужасный.

+: Завтраки вкусные. Номер просторный. Спасибо Azinur за наш чистый номер. Освещения много и зонировано. Без кондиционера очень комфортно спать. Доброжелательный персонал. Особенно в лобби консьерж, улыбчивый, помогал вытащить детскую коляску из такси. Не далеко от башень петронас. Район тихий. -: В душе вода текла то холодная то горячая, взрослому не так заметно, но 4х месячному ребёнку было заметно.

+: Было интересно жить на 50-м этаже. И ещё хочу отметить удобную кровать. -: Дизайн интерьеров слишком минималистичный. Хочется больше уюта. Завтраки весьма скудные в европейской кухне.

+: Супер отель занимающий этажи от 40го и выше. Мы были на 49 этаже с потрясающим видос на сторону Петронас Тауэрс. Отличные завтраки на которых получат удовольствие как малыши, так и взрослые. Приятная просторная комната оборудованная всем необходимым типа утюгов и халатов... в общем были мы много где, и в форсизонах и в холидей инах, и этот отель более чем оправдывает свою стоимость! -: Был закрыт бассейн на реконструкцию, но это не сильно важно...
