+: Отличная звукоизоляция, глухие шторы = возможность отличного сна после долгого перелета. Большое разнообразие продуктов на завтраке. Персонал, который действительно готов тебе помочь. Оснащение тренажерного зала получше, чем в некоторых обычных тренажерных залах. Прекрасное местоположение, можно за 6-7 минут дойти с комфортом до Павильона. При заезде без всяких просьбзапросов поставили дополнительную кровать для ребенка. -: То, что можно объективно улучшить: привык к тому, что в жарких странах в отелях 5* при входе есть поилки с лимонадом, холодным чаем или чем-то подобным вплоть до кофе. В Мандарине такое есть, но, по сути, обычная вода с лимоном. Во время завтрака невозможно выбить одноразовый стакан для выхода с кофе за пределы ресторана. Экономия не на том. Что улучшить нельзя: бассейн в реальности меньше, чем кажется по фото. При бассейне ХОЛОДНО. Солнце будет примерно с 10 утра до 14 дня, потом все. +: Mandarin Oriental прекрасный отель,как и все отели этого бренда соответствует высокому уровню сервиса. Превосходно организовали встречу в аэропорту,встретили в отеле,дали всю необходимую информацию. Отель расположен напротив башен-близнецов и большого торгового центра. Вечером любовались из окна нашего номера на танцующие фонтаны. Все очень понравилось! -: Дверь в туалет. Шумоизоляции нет.

+: Уютный номер размера больше стандартного, много приятных мелочей. Отель очень удачно расположен если вы на несколько дней: прямо из отеля выход к тц и в парк. В парке можно прогуляться, много детских игровых площадок. Удобный бассейн с огороженной детской частью. Персонал работает очень быстро: мы зарегистрировались, 5 мин ловили ребенка в лобби и потом поднялись в номер, а чемодан уже был там. В один из дней днем где-то рядом с нашим номером немного сверлили, я написал в вотсап отеля, работы сразу же прекратили, объяснив что было что-то очень срочное. Вечером, вернувшись с прогулки нашли в номере письмо от менеджера с извинениями, очень вкусные конфеты и маленькую панду.
