Не было информации о необходимости вносить депозит, депозит вернули не полностью. Озвученная на лобби цена на завтрак отличалась от фактического счета за шведский стол.Гостиница в 7-10 минутах ходьбы от башен-близнецов. Вход в отель просто так не найдёте, поэтому спросите у местных жителей (лобби Гостиницы находится на 7-ом этаже). Сам номер и мебель относительно свежие, все чисто и соответствует 5*. На 33 или 34 этаже небольшой бассейн глубиной 1,4м, для детей хорошо, но как бассейн его можно оценить лишь на троечку, второй раз заходить в него желания не возникло. Интерьер и мебель у бассейна уставшие, но подняться на этот этаж и посмотреть на город однозначно стоит. Номер у нас был на 18-ом этаже, даже видно было часть башен-близнецов. На регистрации с Вас возьмут 200MYR депозита, (информации на букинге об этом нет) из которых мне вернули 197.5 непонятно почему, причём мини-бара в номере не было и на что депозит- не понятно. Кондиционеры в ресторане где подают завтрак включают после 10 часов дня. Без кондиора было очень душно. Нет никаких столовых приборов хотя суит румах плита и кухонный мебель. Время проживания: Апрель 2018

Отель конечно уставший.Замызганный номер.Старый.Грязные окна, шторы, ковролин, обивка мебели.Но и это не главное.Главное отвратительый персонал.Мы приехали ночью, указали поздний заезд.Нас заселял леди-бой ярко накрашенный, 15 минут делал вид, что занят.Потом изволил нас заселить.При заселении взяли депозит с карты.Мы ему сказали о продлении еще на 1 день номера, он сказал да, да продляю.Когда на следующий вернувшись вечером в отель, не смогли попасть в номер.Нас уже выселили.Дальше лучше, нам они сказали без проблем оплачивайте номер и живите дальше.Но номер заказать не через Букинг за 45 долларов(номера были!), а за 155долларов!!!Мы оплатили.Я до сих пор пребываю в шоке от наглости персонала Аферисты!Просили пригласить руководство.Нет, молодой человек на стойке регистрации заявлял я здесь бос.Полное разочарование!!!И еще не вернули депозит!The hotel is certainly tired. Все очень старое и грязное. Был разбит душ.На диване были капли грязи. Бассейн очень мутный. Кондиционер не работал. Далеко не 5* и не 4*... плесень в ваннеМесторасположение и цена. Время проживания: Март 2018

Как я уже писал выше, микроволновка и посуда в номере очень бы не помешали.Огромные номера, в номере кухня, плита, но , как ни удивительно, отсутствует посуда и микроволновка. Их наличие было бы логичнее. В целом отель вполне соответствует цене, а если сравнивать с Российскими отелями, так превосходит их на голову. Курящим на заметку - окна в номере открываются, поэтому при необходимости, можно и покурить в окошко. Расположение отеля очень удачное. Петронасы, океанариум в 15 минутах ходьбы. Менара так вообще , можно сказать, во дворе. До метро 5-7 минут ходьбы. В шаговой доступности две станции. ( метро и монорельс) Мы ездили , в основном, на монорельсе, чуть дольше, но можно осмотреть окрестности. Время проживания: Март 2018
