+: Мы с женой отмечали медовый месяц и остались очень довольны. Шикарная природа, хороший сервис, уютный номер, вкусные завтраки. Персонал всегда улыбается и готов помочь! -: Расходы на еду, просто очень высокие. Если вы планируете жить в этом отеле, умножьте цену вашего проживания на два или даже три. Отель находится на острове и у вас просто нет вариантов питаться дешевле. Я считаю, что стоит уведомлять клиентов по почте о расценках на еду и дополнительных платежах. (например за катер) Хорошо, что у меня была возможность связаться с родиной и мне мои любимые клиенты прислали дополнительно денег на карту.

1. Не берите номера категории Beach Villa. Все эти виллы расположены напротив дерева на котором в светлое время суток находится огромное количество летучих лисиц (несколько сотен), которые производят невероятное количество звуков. Мы были вынуждены переселиться (спасибо менеджеру Stephen) в виллу категории Garden Villa. Считаю их оптимальным размещением для проживания с детьми, т.к. вид на море есть, но нет никаких лишних звуков. В номерах категории Hill Villa очень много звуков из джунглей. 2. Персонал в ресторанах плохо обучен. Для отеля категории 5* это не допустимо. Можно спокойно ждать подачу еды 50-60 минут. Первый ужин мы ждали горячее 1,5 часа в ресторане Fishermans Cove. Были во всех ресторанах и самый расторопный персонал в ресторане Feast Village. Но даже там, после подачи блюд все про тебя забывают - могут не подходить по 30-40 минут. Нет гибкости приехать-уехать. Либо ориентируйся на расписание лодки отеля (4 раза с 12 до 20), либо плати 500 ринггит за наем катера, да еще минимум за полдня предупреди. Поужинать за вменяемые деньги, особенно, когда вы узнали, что такое вменяемые деньги в Малайзии, даже не надейтесь. Ужин обойдется минимум в 200 ринггит на двоих. На соседнем острове Пангкор за эти деньги с аналогичным качеством можно три дня ужинать. И последнее: в вашей жизни во время пребывания в этом отеле будет слишком много обслуги. Они вездесущи, постоянно натянуто улыбаются и приветствуют вас, прям шага невозможно спокойно ступить, чтобы не услышать на плохом английском Hello, sir, how are you today? А еще они очень настойчиво пробиваются к вам в номер вечером не нужно ли чего? Приходится отрывать задницу от дивана и идти им открывать. Последнее: самые узкие двери в номер, которые я когда-либо встречал. Реально боком заходить приходится. Время проживания: Июнь 2017
