+: Frokost var greit. -: Хочу сказать ,что условия об отмене бронирования ввели нас в заблуждения и были не корректны. В условиях указано что отказ можно сделать за сутки до въезда, то есть если въезд в 15.00,то сутки до этого , но почти за полтора суток то есть за 39 часов отбронировать было уже нельзя. На обращение к отелю на просьбу отменить бесплатно, они нас послали в booking. А booking послал в отель . На странице бронирования отеля указано что отказ должен рассматриваться отелем. Будьте внимательны. Уборки не было, нам ответили ,что номера не убирают, по причине короны!? Бред полный. То есть по прибытию в отель после длинного дня ,нам пришлось бегать и просить поменять полотенца и опустошить мусор в помойках. Неприятно. Баня была закрыта, хотя законы позволяют открыть бани. В отеле не хватает персонала, видно что экономят на всём и на рабочий силе тоже. Ресторан это ужас, еда никакая, официанты такие же …. +: Путешествовали с друзьями на машине, Stavanger был промежуточным пунктом и мы остановились в этом отеле на одну ночь. Подъезд к отелю удобен, большая парковка, рядом аэропорт. Номер довольно стандартный, мы брали двухместный с дополнительной кроватью, свободного места маловато, но достаточно. Кровати удобные. В ванной комнате все комфортно. Завтраки доступны рано, выбор хороший, еда вкусная. Для одной ночи отличный вариант.
