+: Отель находится в самом центре. Отличное расположение. Пешком до главной пешеходной улицы 2 мин. До океонариума мин 5 пешком, 1 мин пешком от остановки автобуса.Хороший чистый отель. Уютные маленькие комнаты, вид на воду шикарный с большими окнами. Есть комната хранения багажа, можно было оставить после выселение на весь день. Чай, кофе, вода (с газом и без газа) бесплатно на ресепшене во время всего проживания.

+: Видовые окна. Наблюдали северное сияние не выходя из номера. -: Номера с отвратительной шумоизоляцией. Рядом с отелем швартуются морские суда. От работы их двигателей в номере наблюдались постоянные вибрация и шум. Отсутствие у отеля собственной парковки приводит к трудностям, обусловленным оставлением автомобиля на приличном расстоянии от отеля. Не рекомендую его использовать в процессе автопутешествий.

+: Мне понравился завтрак и вид из окна. -: Меня обманули с парковкой, когда мне продали гост. Номер. Сказали что есть парковка но её не оказалось. Окно в гостиничном номере было грязное и обосроное. В место шампуня и геля для душа в душевой было одно только мыло. Что не соответствует заявленным звёздам гостиницы и цены услуги.

+: Хороший отель с возможностью наблюдать Северное сияние из окна номера. Хороший завтрак. Оперативная работа персонала при выезде из отеля. Из окна номера отеля удалось увидеть Северное сияние дважды. -: Отсутствие парковки в непосредственной близости от отеля.

+: Расположение просто супер. Номера чистые, все новое. -: В номере нет кондиционера. Во время нашего пребывания в Тромсе стояла ужасная жара и благодаря огромным окнам в номере было очень жарко.

Прекрасный отель по всем показателям: персонал, ресторан и завтрак, расположение в центре, новый интерьер и удобная кровать, большое окно и отличный вид на пристань. Рядом есть продуктовые супермаркеты.
