You need a car to access the hotel. It is about 15mn drive away from Nizwa old city (to me was not a big constraints looking at all the positive pieces).I loved this place : room was super clean and modern (it seems that I stayed in one of the renovated part of the hotel). So ask for this area. Swimming pool clean, towel provided. Breakfast was my number one in Oman : the buffet was incredible in terms of choices (salty, sugar, pastry, etc.) they even provide for free small bottle of water. International power socket. Arab style, TV Chanel in Arab, no drinks available, but an interning space remembering us where we were (Arab country). The guy in the reception gave us a marvellous tip to diner and drink some beers - an hotel in the same street at about 800m - Farjad Doris. I think the breakfast buffet can improved by having more variety. Very few hot food options available.The staff was great - I was given an upgrade without asking to a suite which was great.
