+: Завтрак супер ужин пальчики оближешь. Повар в гостинице супер.было очень вкусно. -: Полотенце в номере вообще старые ужасные как будто с 80 годов.

+: Удобное расположение, приветливый персонал. Санки для детей бесплатно можно взять на рецепции. Сытные завтраки и ужины, на ужине бесплатная только вода в кувшине. -: Все таки дорого и по выходным в термах очень много народу. В очередях можно часами стоять

+: хорошее расположение, доступ к термальным источникам, чистые номера и вкусная еда. Еще классный бесплатный подземный паркинг! -: не было трансфера к лыжным горкам, добирались на своей машине. Один раз пробовали уехать с остановки, но стояли очень долго и пошли пешком. Если есть машина, то это не проблема!

+: Отличный отель! Брали полупансион -очень понравились завтраки и ужины. Удобная парковка подземная вместительная, приветливый персонал , хороший wi-fi, принадлежности для чая и кофе, фен, тапочки, хорошие халаты. Термы работают с 8 до 22. В сауне последний сеанс в 21. Полотенца в аквазону надо брать из номера, но и меняют их сразу же, как попросишь. Косметические принадлежности добавляют по мере использования. Нам даже тапочки поменяли, когда увидели испачканные. Хотелось бы ещё вернуться. -: Не работала река, ремонт.

Очень вкусная еда, завтрак и ужин отменные. Очень довольны. Бесплатная, подземная парковка. Неограниченный доступ в термы. Вежливый, приятный персонал. В целом в самом отеле и термах хорошо! спасибо за хороший отдых!

Просторные номера, чисто и красиво. Великолепный СПА, банный комплекс и открытые бассейны с термальной водой. От отеля бесплатный скибас к горнолыжному комплексу (4,5 км). Пешком 5 мин до остановок рейсовых автобусов, которые ходят по расписанию и довольно регулярно. Отлично съездили прогуляться в Закопане (15 км).
