+: расположение отличное, на ресепшен персонал компетентный, чай, кофе и чайник есть -: сильный запах мочи в ванной, нет ершика, пришлось вымыть унитаз, с гелем для душа, и всё равно запах был, подушки просто ужасные, матрац уже немного пролежали, пора наматрасник хоть постелить, добавить маленькие полотенца

+: Расположение отеля понравилось, в старом городе, недалеко от вокзала, удобное расположение. При заселении в номере была предложена питьевая вода, что удобно, не нужно было сразу бежать покупать. Завтрак вкусный (особенно понравились круасаны), я приходила рано, поэтому было мало людей и получалась приятная атмосфера на завтраке. В номере уборка каждый день, чисто. -: Даже не знаю как описать, это на уровне ощущений и моего субъективное восприятия, но не понравился запах в номере, в коридоре. Это какой-то освежитель или с таким ароматом стирают белье, не знаю, но мне не подошёл, запах был не приятным легким фоном, а ощущался и его было слышно.

+: Расположение отеля замечательное. В пешей доступности к основным достопримечательностям города. Персонал приветливый. Встречает в любое время суток. -: Ассортимент завтрака повторяется каждый день, без изменений. Выбор - на уровне отеля 2*. Темная комната. Сильный запах сигарет. Вытяжка в су не работала. Центральное кондеционирование номера - издает сильный шум.

+: Локация, отель pet friendly, в меню добавили овощные смузи, есть контейнеры для сортировки отходов. В номере есть чайник. -: мало полотенец: по 1 шт. на человека, в номере не было ершика для туалета, из меню убрали овсянку

+: Номер просторный,чистый,тепло.В номере есть: чайник что очень важно для нас, так же 2 бутылочки воды,чай чёрный,зелёный,сливки и кофе в стиках. В ванной комнате есть :фен,житкое мыло -дозатор,гель-шампунь-дозатор, полотенцесушитель есть включаете когда вам удобно.По ресторану отеля ничего не скажу мы там не кушали.Приветливый очень персонал.Отель находиться почти в парке вокруг отеля все достопримечательности и очень.Спасибо огромное отелю,думаю что вернулась бы сюда опять.С уважением.

+: Отличное месторасположение. Старый город, галерея Краковская в 5 минутах пешком. Центр города, но тихо и спокойно. Хорошие завтраки. Есть лифт. Один из немногих отелей в старом городе, который имеет подземный паркинг (платный). Нам необходимо было выехать раньше на день из отеля от забронированного времени, без проблем вернули деньги за эти сутки. Если в Кракове, то только в этот отель!!!! -: Такого не было
