+: кровать, завтрак и бассейн -: нет халатов, тапочек в номерах, в апартаментах в одном из туалетов нет мыла, ужин дорогой и нет выбора, еда не свежая, стоит 95 злотых с человека.

+: Красиво, уютно, чисто. хороший и вкусный завтрак. приятный персонал. большой паркинг -: заселились в 10 вечера и не было горячей воды, появилась только утром. очень холодно в номере, выключено отопление

+: завтрак хороший, вкусный. в отеле чисто. бесплатная парковка . -: мы взяли этот отель из-за бассейна, а он не работал! ни букинг, ни сам отель этой информации не предоставляет. Получила письмо с подтверждением брони и там в описании указаны часы работы бассейна и спа. Ребята! Не работает, так вы укажите эту информацию! ехали по участку ремонта в деревню, ну все это терпимо, но ради чего? переплатили и еще время потратили! персонал вежливый, но говорит только на польском. осадочек остался.

+: Месторасположение удобное.Молодой человек на регистрации был услужлив и помог нам не замёрзнуть. -: Отель абсолютно не соответствует заявленным услугам. Номера обшарпанные. Сырость и холод! Подушками, то что лежало в изголовье кроватей назвать невозможно…. Эти скомканные бугорки надо выбросить на помойку! Фотографии комнат сделаны профессионально и отредактированы! При бронировании решающим было наличие бани и бассейна. Когда пришло подтверждение брони, отель так же прислал время работы бассейна, по факту ни чего этого нет! Бассейн якобы, на ремонте до 6 октября!!! Тогда почему этой информации нет в описании?!?! Заявленный богатый завтрак, богатым вообще не назвать! Впервые в Польше вижу такой скудный ассортимент🤷‍♀️Осталось неприятное впечатление от всего… не рекомендую. Надо ехать со своим тепловым прибором.

+: Очень понравилась территория, наличие детской комнаты для детей, детской площадки на улице, бассейн и сауна. Внутри очень красиво, хоть и номера мебель уже старые. В ресторане ужин был вкусный и красиво подан. Отдельный комплимент шеф-повару! Шведский стол за завтраком был разнообразный, на все вкусы.
