+: Хорошее место для отдыха. Персонал старается. -: Есть в отеле минусы. Во первых all inclusive и от этого еда очень однообразная. На завтрак даже нет лосося. Каждый день одинаковое меню! Если вы приезжаете менее чем 4 дня, то забронировать другие рестораны не имеете права! Еще проблема в том, что сервис по смене пляжных полотенец не работает целый час днем!!! В гостинице дешевые и не удобные матрасы!!! А в остальном все отлично!

+: Очень дружелюбный персонал, прекрасный выбор для завтрака (не только холодные закуски, но и разнообразные омлеты, панкейки), большая ухоженная территория, несколько бассейнов. Не рассчитывайте, что на Порту Санту отель с 5 звёздами будет того же уровня, что отели в Греции или в Таиланде. Это отель с 5 звёздами по меркам Порту-Санту. Не стоит приезжать на остров с завышенными ожиданиями, и будет вам счастье. На территории есть очень простенький SPA. :) Нам очень понравилось, как мы провели время. Всё соответствовало нашим представлениям об отелях на Порту-Санту, особенно в низкий сезон. Большая благодарность замечательным работникам отеля и всем добрым жителям этого прекрасного острова! Мы ценим то, как вы стараетесь для гостей. -: Выбор напитков на завтрак. Соки очень плохого качества, кофе невкусный. Еще у меня очень плохие отношения к различным знакам отличия на запястьях. Не приемлю носить яркие браслетики, которые нельзя снять в душе или когда загораешь на пляже.
