+: Большая территория отеля, много зелени, перед каждой виллой есть место для отдыха -: Завтрак большой, но однообразный. Персонал не очень доброжелателен. В номере бывают насекомые (муравьи, паук)

+: Место где расположен отель. Отличное поле для гольфа. Вежливый персонал. Отличные завтраки. Кровать, постельное белье и уборка. Отличные цены на игру в гольф. Хорошо работает кондиционер. Бассейн -: Отсутствие питьевой воды в номере. Впервые вижу чтобы в отеле пять звезд не было воды. Вода была только на ресепшене в другом здании куда нужно было идти минут 15 где по сути предназначена для гостей, которые прибывают. Ну и на завтраках) Все остальное платное. Думаю, что отель такого уровня может позволить себе пару обычных бутылок воды для гостей. Немного огорчил этот момент.

-: Душ, очень слабый напор воды, и регулирование горячей и холодной.В баре в бассейне в начале взяли деньги, а потом оказалось что нет мяты для мохито, и апельсинового сока нет. А деньги вернуть уже не могут, так как сняли с карточки. Ужин очень посредственный за такую цену.

+: Отель отличный, номер был в отдельно стоящем бунгало, спокойно, чисто, красиво. Завтрак хороший, хоть и не очень разнообразный для 5*, есть открытая терраса и зал внутри. -: Дверь в номер возможно повреждена от дождя (вход в номера с улицы) и отрывалась с большим трудом. Каждый раз нужно было прилагать усилия, чтобы открыть ее достаточно, для того чтобы войти. Ванна не очень удобная, неудобное заходить, можно подскользнуться.

+: Отличное расположение, комната выходила прямо в сад, убранство комнаты понравилось, тишина. Внимательный и радушный персонал. Для меня проблема во всех отелях высота подушки, соответсвенно сон, здесь меня ожидал сюрприз, спасибо. Постель отличного качества. Думаю полотенца необходимо уже заменить. Завтрак мог бы быть более роскошным для такого уровня отеля. Цена и качество отеля соответствует времени года.
