+: Хорошее расположение, доброжелательный персонал, охотно идущий на контакт, решающий вопросы гостей. Хороший завтрак, достаточно столов и хороший ассортимент. Достаточно комфортное проживание, теплые номера, наличие балкона. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества предоставляемых услуг.

+: Неплохой номер. Ежедневная уборка. -: Близость от аэропорта. Шум самолётов круглосуточно. Отель сам по себе на твердую троечку.

+: Очень понравилось в Понта-Делгада, плюсом в копилку впечатлений был наш отель! Очень приветливый персонал: горничные, официанты, повара, девушки на ресепшн - крутые ребята, которые хорошо выполняют свои обязанности! В период коронавируса, шведский стол есть, но еду приносят официанты - Все быстро и очень вкусно! В номере очень чисто, есть уютный балкончик, единственное - нет отопления, как и на всем острове:) Правда, можно греться друг об друга:) -: двери в ванной:( но это пустяки

+: Понравился сам отель, комфортный номер с балконом, красивый вид. -: Неприветливый персонал. Когда я подошла на ресепшн для заселения, девушка даже головы не повернула в мою сторону, продолжая ещё минут 5 что-то делать в компьютере. Меня заселили в номер более дешевого класса, пришлось показывать бронь и объяснять что я специально бронировала номер повышенной комфортности с ванной. Также девушка попросила меня при заселении оплатить проживание, я показала что уже деньги с карты у меня списали, она уверяла что к ним деньги ещё не поступили и договорились отложить вопрос до завтра, больше ко мне по вопросу оплаты не обращались. Даже не извинились за то что хотели повторно деньги списать по невнимательности. 4 первых дня проживания в номере никто не менял полотенца и не убирал, потом я узнала на ресепшене в чем же дело, сказали что надо табличку на дверь вешать для уборки, но меня об этом никто не предупредил при заселении. +: Очень любезный и отзывчивый персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Отличный вид из номера на город и океан. Удобная кровать. В отеле есть свой бассейн, сауна и прочие услуги. Замечательный завтрак с изобилием различных сыров и фруктов. Есть свой ресторан с замечательной кухней. -: Вечером в номере темновато, не хватает освещенности.
