+: Бассейн с видом на город, наличие парковки, приветливый персонал. Хорошо, что в номере было несколько вариантов подушек. -: Нужно что-то делать с кроватями: матрас был очень неудобный, после первой же ночи у меня заболела спина. В раздевалках у бассейна очень холодно и не всегда есть персонал, у которого модно попросить ключи от кабинки для хранения вещей.

+: Все очень понравилось. Номер убирали каждый день и очень хорошо. Очень красивый вид из спа зоны, сауна, джакузи. Удобное расположение. Тихие номера. Твёрдая 4* на мой взгляд. Ставлю наивысший рейтинг. -: Не работала кнопка выключать ТВ с пульта. Приходилось выключать телевизор с розетки :)Номер 708, если администратор читает.

+: Достаточно хорошее расположение отеля, до центра не так уж и далеко!Достаточно чисто!Очень красивый вид! Мы жили на 15 этаже, также сауна и бассейн… правда сауна очень маленькая и бассейн также, вода в бассейне была для меня холодная!Была проблема с краном в ванной, нам быстро поменяли комнату! Персонал очень доброжелательный! Завтрак удовлетворительный, самое главное было и что самое главное чисто! -: Отель достаточно чистый но требует ремонта и обновления…

+: Отель расположен в 10 минутах ходьбы от торговой улицы Санта Катарины.Рядом есть метро и супермаркеты.Затрак стандартный для Европы голодными никто не останеться,кроме кофе который пить невозможно. Вид из номера на 17 этаже великолепный. -: Кофе на завтраке нельзя назвать кофем.Грязные окна.

-: Довольно скудный завтрак, температура бассейна была явно заниженной, дети не могли и пяти минут находиться в воде, жаловались на холод. Выходя из джакузи я два раза упала, хотя была обута, плитка очень скользкая. В холодильнике номера была плесень. Стёкла окон явно уже давно не чистились. И на шторах вверху куча пыли.

+: Находится в исторической части города. Все очень близко , пешком 15-20 минут до всех достопримечательностей. Рядом так же есть такси , продуктовые магазины и станция метро. Номера уютные , завтрак отличный , персонал очень вежливый и обходитнльный. Бассейн находится на 19 этаже , открывается очень красивый вид на город. Очень понравилось!

+: Очень хороший отель. Завтрак - просто великолепен, на любой вкус и цвет! Номер очень удобный, своя парковка. Мы остались довольны. Далековато от центра, от всех достопримечательностей и ресторанов, но мы это понимали. Удобная система вызова такси. -: Не понравилась зона СПА. Уважаемые менеджеры - это вообще нельзя назвать СПА. Бассейн хороший. Но на этом плюсы заканчиваются. Две сауны очень плохие. Финская сайна не держит температуру больше 60 градусов. Даже ребенку там было не жарко. В Хамаме можно находится только когда включается подача пара. В осльное время - вообще не хамам.
