+: То, что и должно быть в пятизвёздочном отеле: мебель в номере, ассортимент и обслуживание на завтраке. -: Формальное отношение персонала на ресепшен к гостям: отвечают только на те вопросы, которые касаются отеля. Из всех работников ресепшен только одна девушка подсказала нам, как найти универсам. Остальные работники при попытке задать им вопрос, не касающийся отеля, делали такое выражение лица, что не хотелось к ним подходить. Из иностранных языков на ресепшен знали только английский - для отеля такого уровня этого недостаточно!

+: 1. хороший бассейн на улице; 2. вкусные коктейли в баре;3. отзывчивый персонал;4. большой спортзал; -: 1. совсем нет никакой детской зоны - ребёнку нечем заниматься;2. валет-паркинг: попасть самому к своей машине невозможно;3. ремонт на 5-6 этаже, куда нас по умолчанию заселили, и пришлось просить нас переселить. уставшим с дороги не самое приятное занятие бегать туда-сюда;4. убирают в отеле (в номерах, в ресторане и пр.) плохо;

+: Хороший отель и удобное расположение. -: Я заказал на Booking номер с завтраком - по прибытии оказалось что за завтрак нужно заплатить 30€.Переписка с Booking до часу ночи увенчались тем что меня культурно послали на «Х» .

+: месторасположение -: всё время в Европе проживаем в 5 звездочных отелях, но в первые встречаюсь с тем что за питьевую воду которую во всех отелях даже меньше звёзд, надо платить, завтраки однообразные
