+: Расположение. -: Ужасный персонал (английским не владеет, на месте нету, проблему не решает, а только создаёт, инвойс три раза не могли прислать). Не разрешили есть в лобби, а другого места не предложили. На вопрос где у вас это в правилах написано, были две ответ, что у вас будут проблемы с утра. В итоге, проблем не было и никто нам ничего не сказал. Хотя мы спрашивали, что мы нарушили. Очень грязно, тараны везде.Специально резервировали отель-СПАСИБО. В СПА работала только одна баня. При чем работник СПА сказал, что не знает как ее включить, пришлось самим это делать. Очень не компетентный человек и можно сказать, что СПА не было. Смысл писать, что отель имеет СПА, а оно не работает??? Это обман по румынски.
