+: Excellent hotel, everything impeccable, perfect location.Special mention to Bilal, a very professional and attentive employee.

+: Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Mr.Bilal who went beyond expectations and was very helpful and organized car rentals, excursions and tips and tricks.

+: Le personnel est très attentif à notre confort et notre bien-être, surtout Bidal. l'emplacement de l'hôtel est top !

-: le bruit dans la chambre suite à une fuite d'eau à l'extérieur de la chambre, impossible de dormir pendant deux nuitsles coupures de courants en soirée, coupure générale sur l'île, non juste à notre hotel

+: Pokój Deluxe okazał się duży, komfortowy, bardzo czysty. Miałem obawy czytając liczne negatywne opinie. Nie wiem jak pokoje standard ale pokoje Deluxe są naprawdę bardzo dobre. Byłem pozytywnie zaskoczony. Mr Bilal był bardzo pomocny w planowaniu zwiedzania wyspy. Śniadania na terenie hotelu oraz kolacje w formie bufetu w restauracji pizzerii przy plaży były lepsze niż można się spodziewać po standardzie 3*.100-200 metrów w lewo od hotelowej pizzerii jest piękna plaża dostępna dla wszystkich z palmami pochylonymi w kierunku morza. Najpiękniejsze i niezapomniane plażowanie pod tymi palmami.

-: Basen z krystaliczną wodą ale płytki bardzo stare a brzeg basenu betonowy pomalowany olejną farbą. Teren hotelu ok 100 m od plaży. Nie ma hotelowych leżaków czy parasoli przy plaży. W pobliżu Pizzerii na wysokości hotelu jest postój motorówek oraz ujście kanału ściekowego, który po każdej ulewie opróżnia swoją zawartość. Pomimo wysokiego "podatku turystycznego" doliczanego dodatkowo na miejscu "na ochronę i poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego" tak właśnie funkcjonuje kanalizacja.

+: - Rooms were clean - AC was good- The location was good- Staff were friendly and helpful specially Mr Mohammad Bilal he was so helpful and informative , he was so friendly with high morals and a nice smile on the face , thank you so much Mohammad for your help we really appreciate that 🌷

+: Świetnie położony, przy przepięknej plaży hotel. Rewelacyjna obsługa, poznaliśmy tu najmilszego człowieka na świecie Mr. Bilal, który wszystko nam wyjaśnił, służył radą i pomocą. Za co bardzo dziękujemy. Smaczne śniadania, pokoje duże i czyste, codziennie sprzątane, dobrze schłodzone :)Jakość adekwatna do ceny. Polecam wszystkim.

+: The hotel is located right next to the bus stop and there are souvenir shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. Big thanks especially to Bilal and Mandjit, who took care of us the whole stay perfectly. We were celebrating two birthdays and the staff made us amazing birthday cakes and we also got a free upgrade for the whole week which we were very grateful for. We have wonderful memories from our stay and would love to come back again if the opportunity arises.

-: The only small minus is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room and we got a lot of bites during the whole stay. The staff sprayed the room, but I think you need to have a net over the bed for better effect.
