+: Der Urlaub war schön, Hotel nur mittelmäßig. Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht. Frühstück mäßig, Personal freundlich.Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.

-: Zimmer war OK, aber einfach. Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Außerdem sind die Zimmer mit Gartenblick sehr dunkel. Die Auflage auf der Liege der Terrasse war schäbig.

+: Location , amazing team in reception and all that I met there , so kind helpful I feel am with my family

-: The bed sheet need to change it , and close the gate for the rooms and change the windows to wooden doors with lock for clients safety

+: Love this hotel -gorgeous pool surrounded by stunning trees and plants, dramatic tropical gardens, great staff, beautiful views and beach, spacious and stylish boho chic rustic & clean room. Cool large snails on the stairways! Loved the cute resident room gecko too (very considerate and not a peep from him once the lights were off)! Will definitely come back!

+: The ambiance was nice, the rooms are nice the breakfast restaurant had a really good view and so does the rooms

-: The staff are rude , no phone in the room so you can’t call reception to get in contact with the hotel, the wifi is super slow in the rooms and it gets disconnected a lot, the pool is tooo deep the kind that you can dive in, not so great for kids

+: Grrat location, especially win the seaside room we booked. Excellent food and with a cozy barefoot bar.

+: Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne grüne Anlage. Die Gartenzimmer sind durch eine Straße von den Meerzimmern getrennt, Das Restaurant bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffet ist nicht groß, aber durch z.B. durch frische Kräuter ziemlich schmackhaft.

+: The hotel was really good indeed, the staff very kind and helpfulI remember the day we left how a guy were cleaning swimming pool stopped his job to bring our luggage to the carThe room was lovely, the facilites were cousyA perfect stay!!!

-: Like every lovely journey always can find a tiny bad point but in this case we can call it a huge horrible point as it ended spoiling the holidays that deserves to be talkedThis point is the car rental company, SKY BLUE CAR RENTAL,was arranged by the hotel, hotel has no fault whatsoever, it was just bad luck trying to assist us getting a carWe rented a car through this company for two days,the car was clean and in good condition, nothing to say about the carThe problem was the staff,they confirmed us in advance that we could pay with card before met them to pick the car, the pick car day ,they arrive 20 minutes late and we had to look for them around the harbour which is not something important just small annoying details, they tell us they forgot the card machine to pay so they will bring it the collection car dayWe spent all our cash money, like tourists, changing money or withdrawing it from atm is a negative point because of the extra costs,taxesfees, are addedThe collection car day we arrived at the airport at time,as the day before ,we were waiting for them, we called them and tell us to be there in 10 minutes, are small details as i said before, nothing important, but i think when you deal a time, be there in time and not wait to a costumer call to go, once we met they tell us the card machine is not available, bad excuse as usual, that we have to pay in cash.......We tell them is a problem for us to withdraw money but they do not try to sort it out at all, withdraw money at the airport say to us pointing out to the airport!!!
