-: I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Crown Beach in Seychelles. First off, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. Their attitude towards guests was completely unacceptable and made the whole experience uncomfortable.The food was another major letdown. It was well below average in quality and taste. For a hotel that charges premium prices, I expected much better dining options.To top it all off, there was a serious issue with billing. I was quoted 660 euros for my stay, but upon checkout, I was shocked to find out that I was billed 990 euros instead. This discrepancy was not explained properly, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns.Furthermore, I had booked a three-night stay but decided to leave early due to the poor service and amenities. I couldn't even bear to stay the last night and opted to move to another hotel that was recommended to me, which turned out to be a far better choice.Overall, my experience at Hotel Crown Beach was thoroughly disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Seychelles.

+: A fantastic boutique hotel with great ambience and friendly attentative staff.Great meals, the dinner selection is varied and well prepared and tasty.Definitely a hotel I will return to when again in Mahe.

+: El trato del personal fue muy bueno, facilitandonos todo lo necesario. El último día nos dejaron una habitación de cortesía para ducharnos tras aprovechar la playa hasta el último momento ya que nuestro avión salía a las 19:30Tiene un parking propio y el desayuno estuvo muy bien todos los días, uno de los días incluso había zumo natural. La habitación era amplia, con un buen aire acondicionado y una buena ducha. La cama muy grande y comoda

+: Hôtel familial, très confortable et idéalement situé à la Pointe au Sel, sur une plage paradisiaque. Notre chambre et notre salle de bain avaient la vue sur le lagon, un vrai bonheur !Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins tout au long de la journée.

+: Nous n'avons passés que deux nuits dans cet hotel, mais que se soit l'accueil, ou le service tout a été parfait. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer et une grande terrasse. La propreté et le confort de la literie etait très bien. Nous avons mangé au restaurant plusieurs fois et s'était excellent. Si nous revenons aux seychelles il fera parti de notre itinéraire.

+: Tutto a dir poco PERFETTO! Stanza super confortevole e davvero grande e spaziosa. Dotata di ogni comfort e letto super comodo e king size. Colazione a la carte ottima, ricca e per tutti i gusti! Abbiamo pranzato e cenato in struttura un paio di volte e anche in questo caso siamo rimasti stupiti dalla bontà delle pietanze, ricercate e freschissime! Nel pomeriggio, inoltre, lo staff mette a disposizione gratuitamente caffé e dolcetto per tutti gli ospiti. Lo staff é a dir poo gentilisimo e sempre disponibile e soddisfare ogni richiesta! Davvero super consigliato!

-: Unica pecca potrebbe essere la mancanza di un ascensore che, per chi fatica a fare le scale o non può farle, può essere un problema. Per quanto riguarda le valigie invece ci pensa lo staff (di una gentilezza indescrivibile!) a portarle su

+: L'accueil de la directrice a été particulièrement agréable, elle est de très bon conseil et est très cultivée. C'est un très bel hôtel, notre chambre était incroyable, et le service est de qualité car le personnel est à l'écoute à l'exception d'une mauvaise expérience. L'emplacement est top : près des plages sauvages de l'île. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, continental mais pas très savoureux (ça manquait toujours en assaisonnement). Attention : prévoir une caution de 250 roupies par personne en liquide pour les serviettes de la chambre qui sont retournées à la fin du séjour

-: La plage n'est pas propice à la baignade. La cuisine était est bonne mais n'est pas au standing de l'hôtel (peu raffinée et donc assez onéreux pour ce qu'on, et problème d'assaisonnement). Nous avons été interpellé par un membre du personnel de manière maladroite qui nous a, semble-t-il, pris pour des squatters sur les transats de la plage.
