+: It's a great location for Anse Forbans and Anse Intendance (which in some lists is touted as one of the best beaches in the world).Very hot water for showers. Large fridge in the room. Decent free WiFi. Owner helpful with car hire. He arranged it all for us.

-: Don't be put off with the steep incline, you'll get used to it and it is similar for nearly all guesthouses unless you pay a lot more to be beach side.

+: Good Breakfast and the owner are very friendly and supportive. It was a pleasure to stay at the appartment. The appartment has an incredible view over the bay and the beach as well the breakfast room which is also with very elegant interior. East as well Westcoast are easy to reach from the ressort.
