+: Very relaxing. Staff make you feel very welcome. Facilities are amazing. There’s a bar next to the beach, and they give you complimentary water to stay hydrated. Breakfast was amazing. Overall a true luxury and relaxing escape.

-: Our stay at Kempinski Resort Seychelles fell short of expectations. Despite the beautiful location, the service was lackluster, with unresponsive staff and slow service. Our room was dated and not properly cleaned, and the dining options were limited and overpriced. Overall, the experience was far from the luxury we anticipated.

+: Vorallem einen Kellner möchte ich an dieser Stelle besonders loben, Karthick. Er war immer sehr bemüht und hat uns den Standard geliefert den man sich in einem 5 Sterne Hotel wünscht. Er hat sich mit den Gästen unterhalten und war immer an Ort und Stelle wenn man was brauchte. Er hat sogar extra einen Polster für meine schwangere Frau besorgt und ihn jeden Abend extra für sie gebracht. Er verkörpert das was man sich von einem Spitzen Kellner erwartet und ich bin mir sicher, dass sein weiterer Weg in der Hotelbranche ein großer sein wird

-: Housekeeping: incomplete cleanups, dirty showers, turndown service half of the time despite requests. 3rd party services: unprofessional and incompetent. Car hired for the day disappeared and left us stranded in the island. Dinning: Buffet dinner is overpriced and poor in quality. Breakfast buffet is better.Reception: customer service and language skillscommunication need an upgrade as misinformation is too often provided to guests. Front desk staffs need training: check out process is chaotic, staff is too easily ready to deflect their responsibility for errors or incompetence. None of the issues (and they were recurrent) were being resolved. Room service: incompetent and disorganized. 6am breakfast ordered for our kids to be delivered before traveling never came.
