+: Понравился бассейн с тёплой водой на крыше отеля, завтраки очень вкусные. Место расположение идеальное, в самом центре, рядом с вокзалом. В номерах окна в пол, есть холодильник и чайник. Вид из окна замечательный, по крайней мере с нашего 10 этажа. -: Странная уборка в номерах, когда убирали пол, когда нет. Периодически клали чай - кофе в номере, несколько дней не клали.

+: Дизайнерский отель, расположенный в здании бывшего главпочтампта. Проект выполнен по архитектрному решению Магнуса Монсона, ведущего современного архитектора Швеции. Яркий образец скандинавского современого дизайна. Очень удобное расположение и превосходный завтрак! Есть теплый открытый бассейн на кровле, к сожалению, не было времени им воспользоваться.

+: Завтраки великолепные: ассортимент достаточный, качество продуктов отличное! -: Цена не соответствует качеству: нет тапочек, нет принадлежностей в ванной, нет бутилированной воды. а ведь это 4* и за 180 евро за ночь... кровать неудобная (номер 5001).

В номере не было тапочек и халата. Ванна была настолько маленькая, что пришлось принимать ванную почти сидя. Отель совершенно не соответсвует 5 звёздам. Я бы его оценила на 4*. Номера обычные, с недорогой мебелью, по качеству примерно как Икея, но с удобной кроватью. 2 дня звонили по 3-4 раза на ресепшен, но никто не отвечал, такого у начнёт было даже в 3* отелях. Не было ни бесплатной воды при звезде и даже не предоставили зубную щетку с пастой, предложили только купить.

Энергичный, центральный, креативный отель, удобно расположен, в баре делает шикарные коктейли неоднократный победитель международных соревнований и очень приятный собеседник Доса Иванов. Разнообразнейший завтрак, включая горячие блюда и свежайшую соленую красную рыбу и селедку. В выходные после 10.00 утра много народа, потому что отель приглашает всех желающих на завтрак. В будни такого ажиотажа не было. В номере было просторно, удобные кровати и свежее постельное белье, отличный вид из окна.
