Отелю конечно требуется реновация. Ужасная слышимость в номерах, особенно соседей сверху. Номера очень-очень сильно "уставшие" это касается стен и дверей. Убирают только где видно, заглянув под кровать и за ТВ обнаружил клубы пыли. В номере нет кондиционера. Летом душно. Рамы деревянные.Хороши разнообразный завтрак, бесплатная парковка. Удачное расположение в 10 минутах ходьбы до центра и совсем рядом с Том Титс Эксперимент.
