+: Невероятная живая ёлка в холле необыкновенной красоты, а заапаах какой стоял повсюду ели!) Отличная перина на кровати и подушки!!! Такой кайф был спать!) отличный сервис, все очень доброжелательные, вежливые, быстрые, английский у всех отличный! Завтраки не могу оценить, я бронировала без них, тк с Россией разница +7 часов. Мы с мужем ни разу не смогли проснуться раньше 12:00, а завтраки заканчиваются в 10:30. Но я заказывала разные блюда в номер: было вкусно, приготовили быстро, засервировпли красиво) Ещё очень важным атрибутом для меня оказалась гладильная доска с утюгом) удобно, никого просить не нужно принести. -: Очень хочу пожелать администрации отеля обратить внимание на испорченное постельное белье, были дырки в пододеяльнике, и поменять обивку у мебели на ресепшене, уж очень все юзатое

+: Отель удобно расположен, совсем недалеко от центра города. Завтраки вкусные, выбор не маленький. Конечно не хай-тек стиль, зданию более 100 лет, но аккуратно, чисто и опрятно.
