+: вид из номера - великолепен! в номере тепло,регулируется температура. комфортная кровать. Персонал отеля очень приятный, помогли запарковаться, решили вопрос с ранним завтраком, выдали зонт. все очень чисто и приятно. Сами завтраки хороши: при вас пекут блинчики, жарят яичницу и вафли. хороший выбор шведского стола. -: в номере мини-бар был пустой. стояла вода в стеклянном графине. на мою просьбу принестикупить воду в пластиковой бутылке, ответили отказом. сказав что изза ковида нельзя. то есть пить из общественного графина можно, а из бутылок опасно... парковка стоит 10 евро день для гостей отеля...

+: Расположение отеля одно из самых лучших. Номер уютный, есть номера с видом на озеро, остальные с видом во двор. Надо это учитывать при выборе комнат. Убирают каждый день. Завтраки оооочень хорошие. Кофе вкусный. СПА салон на кровне. -: Жалко, что ресторан вечером работает всего 2 часа (19 до 21).

-: не давали номер с одной большой кроватью, хотя я бронировала такой, говорили, что номеров таких нет . но потом вдруг номер появился, когда моя знакомая поговорила по-словенски с персоналом . При выезде оставила зарядное устройство на айфон в розетке . они мне его не вернули , а подменили другим проводом без адаптера и отдали моей знакомой, сказав , что только это нашли. хотя я звонила сразу в тот день когда выехала через 3 часа и они сказали, что нашли и оставят на ресепшене . обманули и отдали совсем не то.

+: мы прекрасно отдохнули, номер был тёплый и уютный, хоть и маленький. Вкусные завтраки (кофе лучше наливать из термоса рядом с самоваром, в автомате пойло), вафли на завтрак бесподобные. Ужины обычные, но полноценные (овощи, десерты, фрукты, мороженное), напитки, как обычно, платные. Голодными не останетесь, но это очень удобно, если вы с детьми. Очень уютный лобби-бар с потрясающим видом, хорошим кофе и десертами, бассейн тёплый, с утра там мало народу, а вид гипнотический. Местоположение шикарное. Номер обязательно с видом на озеро! Вид прекрасен в любое время дни и ночи и в любую погоду! -: Вечерами много народу в бассейне, просто имейте это в виду. Кофе в автоматах просто ужасно, хорошо, что есть альтернатива в термосе. Из косметики только средство 3-в-1.
