+: Расположение, завтрак -: Навигация по отелю, долго не могли найти номер. Резервация была сделана двумя отдельными бронированиями, я предупредил об этом на респшене, сказали, что все хорошо, на следующий день заставили переезжать из номера в номер. Объяснить, как дойти к номеру, персонал не смог, пришлось бегать по всей территории отеля

+: Завтрак стандартный, ничего особенного. Но на фоне всех остальных услуг он является единственным хорошим впечатлением -: Плесень в душевой кабине, волосы везде. На матрасе спать невозможно, проваленная яма. В номер через балкон может попасть кто угодно. Не понятно, как торговая инспекция позволяет эти номера сдавать.

+: Расположение - главный плюс этого отеля. Плюс, возможность пользоваться спа комплексом Хистриона. Нам попался номер с супер видом, часть на колокольню, часть на море -: При заселении в номер с одной кроватью, два маленьких одеяла. Так не должно быть!

+: Отличные апартаменты, у моря. У нас было две отдельных комнаты, в одной из которых кухня со всем необходимым, в т.ч. тостером, микроволновкой и кофеваркой. Вообще в номере было все, что необходимо для комфортного отдыха. На балконе с боковым видом на море - стулья, столик. Понравились завтраки в форме шведского стола, было что выбрать на любой вкус: и каши, и нарезка, и выпечка, и мед в сотах, и много чего другого. Бассейны с морской водой, чисто. Но в выходные дни, что ожидаемо, довольно людно.Брали с собой собаку - за дополнительную оплату отель принимает четвероногих постояльцев.Отличный вариант как для индивидуального, так и семейного отдыха. -: В номере было очень сыро, постель к вечеру становилась влажной, но проблему удавалось решить включая кондиционер. Не помешала бы ежедневная уборка.

+: Отличное месторасположение. Можно неторопливо дойти до городов Пиран и Порторож. Превосходная набережная для прогулок. Завтрак и ужин превзошел все ожидания. Комплекс бассейнов с гидромассажем очень хорошо спланирован. Дает возможность полностью расслабиться. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, всегда готовый оказать содействие и помощь. Остались довольны всем, обязательно приедем еще. -: Немного слабоват интернет. В данный период в отеле проживали участники соревнований по тейквондо. Было шумновато.

+: вкусные завтраки, хорошее расположение -: под окном находился генератор или что-то ещё, все время был сильный шум. ужасный ресепш, заселяли 20 мин, отъезд вообще прождали в очереди на ресепш 50 мин! 50 минут, чтобы просто сдать ключ и оплатить номер…
